Record Rumble is a music trivia party game for local play. One person hosts on their phone (connected to a shared screen and speaker), and up to a dozen guests join with their own phones as players.
Song titles, artist names, album titles, album cover artwork, and 30-second audio previews used in the game come from Apple's iTunes Search API. Apple's trademarks and copyrights remain with Apple and the respective rights holders. Record Rumble is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
Record Rumble is provided "as is." We aim to keep the game server up, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. There is no service-level agreement.
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we'll update the "effective date" above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
If you violate these terms, we may restrict your access to the service. You can stop using the app at any time; there's nothing to cancel.
To the extent permitted by law, Record Rumble and its author are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.
